Do I need a credit card to start for free?
No. The Free plan with 5 Digital Product Passports is free forever and usable without payment details. You only enter a payment method when you upgrade to Starter or Pro.
What is AI Auto-Complete and which plan includes it?
AI Auto-Complete fills in the missing fields of your product passports automatically and speeds up creating compliant DPPs. It is already included from the Starter plan ($9.99/month) – and of course in the Pro plan too.
What sets the Pro plan apart from the Starter plan?
The Pro plan includes the full feature set of the Starter plan and lifts the DPP limit: you create unlimited Digital Product Passports. In addition, the SolveDPP branding is removed from your public DPP pages so they appear entirely in your own branding (white-label).
Can I switch or cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you switch, your already created Digital Product Passports are retained.
